To find your inner Circadian you must only listen to what your body is telling you. Develop feelings towards the foods as you are ingesting them. Think of how far the food has traveled to reach your plate.
We are a miniscule fraction of the overall biome in which we all live. A long time ago we as a species had a more profound connection with nature. Everything we eat once lived or is still living.
To see examples of unhealthy populations one must only look at ecosystems that have become unbalanced. In order to return to our roots we must simply reconnect with mother earth.
